Night of Champions this Sunday

This Sunday is Night of Champions. Overall a decent card with every championship on the line (except for the intercontinental belt,as of now). I look at the card and can see three title changes. One is that Cena wins the belt from HHH. I also see Henry going over clean Kane this Sunday. Lastly I see the World Tag Titles switching hands. Ted DiBiase & Mystery Partner (Deuce aka Jimmy Snuka's son) will pull of the defeat. I cant see any other title switching. Edge is in his La Familgia storyline, WWE is high on Miz and Morrison, Hardy got screwed going to ECW but WWE will let him keep the belt and Mickie James is the top star in the womens division right now.

Chris Jericho Ayatollah of Rock n Roller INTERVIEW

Source: TheSun.co.uk

This week The Sun published an interview with Chris Jericho, which you can read here. Jericho talks about working with Shawn Mimchaels, his recent heel turn, the end of Ric Flair's career, his love for the wrestling industry, up and coming stars like Lance Cade, this weekend's Night of Champions pay-per-view and more. Some highlights:

His feud with Shawn Michaels: "It was one of those things we just kind of stumbled upon. It was never planned to be such an intricate storyline, with all the ups and downs and ins and outs, but sometimes when you start working on something you realise that it’s really working out and it’s going good, you run with it. That’s what we did. I just love having a great storyline that you can sink your teeth into. This is definitely one of those."

His recent heel turn: "Well I always enjoy being a heel. It’s a lot of fun. It is a rare art form these days because there’s a lot of people who don’t really know how to be a heel. They have a tendency to want to be a ‘cool heel’. My attitude of being a heel is that you are a coward and you’re a liar ... You’re a piece of garbage and you act like it. You’re fake and you’re false, you take advantage of someone when they are down, you don’t face them face-to-face when they’re up. I enjoy that and I’m trying to do it in a different way than I have in the past."

Being a part of Flair's in-ring farewell the night after WrestleMania: "That meant a lot. There was only a select few that were invited into the ring, so it was a real honour for me. I’m not going to say it surprised me because Ric and I have become real good friends over the years, but I didn’t realise that the powers-that-be felt that way as well. It was a truly great honour to be standing in the ring with Ric Flair, the Four Horsemen and Ricky Steamboat – one of my all-time heroes. It was a night I’ll never forget."

--I always liked Jericho, but its been a while since hes been a heel, it is gonna be interesting to so how he pulls it off--

Hardys didnt know about both being drafted

The Hardy's weren't told about their brand moves beforehand. After their one match together on Raw, Matt was sent to ECW and the reaction you saw from them was their real reaction because both brothers had no idea it was going to happen. In Jeff's case, he was told about the move to SmackDown a few moments before the announcement on television.

source: Wrestling Observer Newsletter

--Vince feels that if the Hardys were both on the same brand he would have to push them as a tag team and as we all know Vince believes in pushing single superstars only not tag teams. I have two words for Matt Hardy though,SORRY MATT.--

Evolution 2.0

Ya the title says it all and evolution may be back on Raw. Members of this faction may include Randy Orton, Batista, Jericho, Lance Cade, and CM Punk. Wrestling Tribune will keep you updated as soon as further details are announced

--Evolution is coming back is gonna be great and i think will help them with the ratings ALOT--

Details on Why Triple H Moved to SmackDown

There were several reasons for the move. One Smackdown has a more convenient work schedule and with another baby coming along it was the best thing for him to do. Another reason was because of Smackdowns move to My9 in September he will help ratings increase. HHH was the only superstar ,to my knowledge, that knew he was being moved from Raw.

-- Smackdown is getting very interesting now and i think for many is a must watch with HHH and others joining.--
